County Waste and Recycling Service ranks among the region’s largest privately owned waste and recycling companies located in the greater Albany and Saratoga County region. County Waste provides residential, commercial, industrial, and construction and demolition (“C&D”) waste collection services in the eastern New York region surrounding Albany. County Waste provides collection services to approximately 4,600 commercial and industrial customers and over 150,000 residential customers. In addition to these services, County Waste also operates two transfer stations and a suite of recycling services with two recycling facilities.
At County Waste we will provide the best possible service to all customers both curbside at the collection point and through courteous and responsive customer service. This is why we are “1st in Service”.

County Waste cares about the communities we live and work in. County Waste contributes to many non-profit groups a year; in turn the company also contributes several thousands of dollars in monetary and service donations.
Because of the extreme volume of requests that County Waste receives, we cannot promise to grant every request. However, we can promise that all properly submitted requests will receive our full consideration from our review board. If your favorite non-profit, 501 C3 charities is in need of a County Waste corporate contributions please submit your request to us 60 days prior to your deadline.
