Q: Is there a charge for making an online payment?
A: County Waste does not charge its customers for making online payments on their account.
Q: How soon will my online payment be reflected on my account?
A: Your online payment will post to your County Waste account on the next business day.
Q: Can I make an online payment on a past due account?
A: Yes. However, you must have your invoice and you should contact the office to avoid interruption of service.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: County Waste Bill Pay Service accepts Visa & MasterCard for online transactions.
Q: What happens if I have items for disposal outside my container?
A: Our drivers don’t want to take your treasures. To be sure, call us prior to pickup. We’ll let the driver know to be expecting the additional items and discuss with you any extra charges you might incur.
Q: How do I apply for a job at any County Waste location?
A: Please apply in person to our office located at 1927 Route 9, Clifton Park NY 12065. If you wish to mail your resume please mail to PO Box 431, Clifton Park, NY 12065 Attention: Human Resources.
Q: Do you rent temporary dumpsters?
A: Yes, we have dumpsters in a variety of sizes. All of our sizes are available for permanent placement and some sizes are available for temporary use. We will gladly help you with your dumpster needs, just give our Rolloff department a call.
Q: What do I need to do to start service?
A: Starting service is easy. Simply contact our office. Our friendly customer service representatives will help get your service started.
